Provide administrative and organizational support to Production, Sales, and Quality Control teams in a boat manufacturing environment. Tasks include preparing reports and presentations, tracking action items, coordinating meetings and schedules, maintaining records and document control, supporting cross-department communication, and assisting with inspections, customer visits, and quality documentation.

Support monthly close by preparing journal entries and reconciliations across fixed assets, inventory, cash, receivables, and sales; manage bank/payment processes; analyze variances; review inventory counts and adjustments; contribute to tax filings and internal reports; drive process improvements and support ad hoc accounting projects.

Support SVP/Deputy General Counsel & Secretary on securities compliance and corporate secretary duties: prepare board and shareholder materials, minutes, NYSE and SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Forms 3/4), manage subsidiary records, stock plans, transfer agent and trading clearance, coordinate annual meetings and filings, and maintain compliance calendars and corporate records.

Provide client-facing support and training for the MSIGHTS Platform, monitor platform operations, perform data QA and ad hoc analysis, resolve data issues, coordinate with technology team, manage client projects, and maintain documentation of reporting logic and developments.

Lead design and R&D of electrostatic chucks for semiconductor OEMs, including modeling, prototyping, testing, failure analysis, and statistical data analysis. Manage NPD/NTD projects, define test specs and equipment, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines and performance goals.

Design and build resilient platform features for microservices and real-time event-driven systems. Propose architectural improvements, support a large development community, and collaborate with investment and engineering teams to productionize complex investment strategies.
