Serve as strategic HR partner to plant leadership, managing employee relations, attendance, leave and workers' compensation, benefits administration, HR compliance, investigations, engagement initiatives, payroll and HR data integrity, and workforce analytics to support operational objectives and retention.

Design, maintain, patch, document, and automate systems (PowerShell, Graph API, IaC). Lead projects, respond to escalations, manage backups and DR, follow change management, provide after-hours support, and mentor teammates.

Manage customer programs from launch to completion, serve as primary customer contact, lead cross-functional teams, maintain project plans and budgets, track KPIs, mitigate risks, and support business growth through new product launches and account strategies.

Lead M&A and strategic initiatives: source and evaluate acquisition targets, run due diligence and deal execution, prepare investment recommendations, manage post-acquisition integration and synergy tracking, build enterprise business development pipeline, and drive targeted strategy projects in partnership with business and corporate leaders.

Provide onsite administrative support for post-foreclosure and REO property processes: manage inboxes, research property information, notarize and process documents, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, audit files for compliance, and perform data entry and mailing tasks following company and legal procedures.

Manage a portfolio of high‑value clients (HNW, family offices, foundations, corporates). Lead onboarding, coordinate multi‑party deliverables, maintain CRM and service operations, plan engagement strategies, escalate complex issues, capture client insights, and support referral and growth goals while improving processes and playbooks.
