Leads the Modular E-House product line as its technical and business owner. Responsibilities include platform architecture, design standardization, manufacturability, regulatory compliance, program execution, cost and schedule decisions, customer engagement, business development, and end-to-end new product introduction. Coordinates Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management while overseeing product quality, delivery, cost, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.

Supports distributed operational systems, creates OS images, and directs other administrators. Requires a technical bachelor's degree, 10 years of specialized experience, DoD IAT Level II certification, and ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.

Supports business account members and branch staff with deposit services, including business account opening and maintenance, treasury management onboarding, online and mobile banking assistance, account reviews, compliance, issue resolution, training, and cross-selling. Reviews complex business documentation, tracks account activity, supports deposit administration, and helps branches meet service, sales, and transactional goals.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to retain and grow existing customers, acquire new customers, and exceed lab-based revenue targets. Build customer and prospect relationships, analyze market and customer data, manage territory activities, coordinate with service and operations teams, and improve customer experience. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, track sales performance, report on pipeline and opportunities, support team members, and travel regularly within the assigned region.

Implement, operate, and improve Databricks on AWS, including Terraform infrastructure, Unity Catalog governance, CI/CD deployments, access controls, data pipelines, observability, security, and cost optimization. The role builds reusable automation, internal data solutions, runbooks, and self-service capabilities while troubleshooting incidents and partnering with architecture, security, and engineering teams.

Develops international market growth through distributor relationships, sales opportunities, partnership strategies, market research, and new product concepts. The role manages relationships with clients, OEMs, enterprise accounts, and distributors; delivers KPIs and strategic materials; supports product demonstrations and trade events; and travels frequently internationally. Success requires strong business, communication, analytical, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus international sales experience.

Owns core accounting operations, including ERP administration, Ramp transactions, accounts payable, balance sheet schedules, payroll entries, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, flux analysis, and sales and use tax filings. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, GAAP compliance, clean accounting data, timely reconciliations, and effective coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Manage the complete lifecycle of federal hardcopy and digital records, including inventories, file plans, indexing, digitization, retrieval, retention, disposition, and transfers. Ensure compliance with NARA requirements and agency schedules while using records systems such as SharePoint, Documentum, ECMS, and related databases. Maintain dashboards, resolve classification issues, process retrieval requests, coordinate with stakeholders, and report compliance progress. The role is onsite and supports federal public health operations.

Provides overnight customer service and operational support for exchange members. Monitors and troubleshoots trading and clearing systems, investigates issues using internal and external tools, logs and responds to tickets, and coordinates resolutions across internal and external teams. The role requires trade desk or exchange operations experience, knowledge of U.S. equity markets, FIX and SBE protocol support, real-time monitoring, and basic SQL, Groovy, or Python querying.
