Responsible for maintaining and supporting critical data center operations, including hardware installation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams.

The Sr. Product Manager oversees digital product development, collaborates on the product roadmap, manages initiatives, and ensures alignment with organizational goals through data and metrics.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and President, including calendar and inbox management, travel booking, briefing materials, meeting logistics, document editing, expense reporting, reception support, and handling sensitive information. Use analytics, SQL, session recordings, and experiments to identify growth levers, design and run A/B tests, build dashboards, and partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM to launch team-collaboration growth features that drive account activation and organic expansion.

Support a Senior Sales Executive across outbound prospecting and account management for SaaS market-research products. Execute call, email, and LinkedIn cadences; qualify opportunities; support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell; progressively own smaller accounts; learn AI-driven product value and sales processes; transition to commission-eligible full-cycle selling after 12 months.

Own and grow relationships with federal System Integrators and Civilian agencies. Win net-new logos, expand account presence, coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, channel partners and Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities, and represent Immersive at industry events.

Provide commercial legal support by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS, software license, services, vendor, partner, and confidentiality agreements. Advise sales and cross-functional teams on commercial, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related issues. Build contracting templates, playbooks, and workflows; deliver training; monitor legal and regulatory developments; and support corporate governance and compliance projects as needed.

Lead complex modeling projects combining deep learning, LLMs, and traditional techniques. Prototype, deploy, and monitor production models, mentor data scientists, collaborate with engineering/product, and translate results into business impact for insurance customers.
