About Coral Care
Coral Care is a marketplace where the match has to work twice: the right discipline, and close enough to actually get to you. Families need a speech, occupational, or physical therapist for their kid. We have 700+ licensed providers across nine states who see those kids in person, in the places they live. We closed a $13M Series A in February 2026.
We built this because finding good care for a child takes months, and the families who need it most wait the longest. The supply side of that equation is providers who want meaningful clinical work without running a practice. Your job is to make Coral Care the obvious choice for them, at scale, in every market we operate in.
The role
You own how providers find out about Coral Care, decide to join, and feel about being part of it once they do.
Providers are professionals, and they make this decision like consumers. Individually, on a phone, at 9pm, weighing us against two other options and a job board. That is what makes this role a blend: consumer instincts aimed at a licensed, credentialed audience that talks to each other constantly.
That means two distinct jobs held by one person. The first is acquisition marketing: campaigns, content, and channels that produce qualified provider applications in specific geographies. The second is community: the programs, events, and recognition that make a provider glad they chose us and willing to tell a colleague.
Both are measured. The community half of this job is not a vibe, it is a retention lever, and you should expect to prove it.
What you'll own
Four areas, each with a number you move.
1. Provider acquisition campaigns. Own the channels and campaigns that bring qualified providers into the funnel, including paid, email, conferences, and referral. Not volume for its own sake. Qualified, in the states and metros where we need supply. Metrics: qualified applications by channel, cost per qualified application, application to activated rate.
2. Content and provider-facing brand. Own growwithcoral.com content and the provider narrative: why this work, why us, why now. Write the things providers actually read and forward. Metrics: organic share of qualified applications, site visit to application start rate.
3. Community programs and events. Design how providers connect with each other and with us, in person and online. Referral programs, local meetups, recognition, conference presence. Metrics: program participation rate, and retention and utilization among participants measured against a matched non-participant cohort. Provider referrals as a share of new supply.
4. Market launch and density marketing. When we open a metro, you get providers on the ground before demand arrives. Supply comes first or families wait. Metrics: time to first cohort of active providers in a new metro, supply coverage by zip.
Who you are
- You have run integrated campaigns end to end and can name the number you moved. Not the campaign you contributed to. The number.
- You write well and fast, in a voice a busy provider trusts. A lot of this job is writing.
- You are comfortable being measured on community work, and you would rather build a matched cohort comparison than argue that engagement is intangible.
- You build and ship rather than plan and brief. At our stage the person who owns the strategy also writes the email and books the venue.
- You can run several workstreams without dropping them, and you say so when something is slipping.
Ideal background
- 4 to 7 years in marketing, with clear ownership of campaigns rather than support of someone else's.
- Consumer marketing experience is an asset here, not a mismatch. DTC, subscription, lifecycle, or marketplace supply-side work all translate. So does marketing to a licensed audience: nurses, educators, agents, drivers, sellers. The strongest candidates have touched both.
- Hands-on with marketing automation. You have built the workflows yourself, not requested them. HubSpot specifically is a plus.
- Evidence of community or field work you designed and ran: an event series, a referral program, an ambassador cohort, a professional community you grew.
- Comfortable with data. You can read a funnel, segment a list, and tell whether a program worked.
What this role is not
- Not clinical. No license or clinical background required. This is a role for a seasoned marketer.
- Not parent-facing. Families are the other side of this marketplace and someone else owns that marketing. Your audience is providers.
- Not a social media role. Social is owned elsewhere. You will use it, you will not run it.
- Not purely strategic. There is no team under you to execute. You are the one shipping.
What success looks like
We move fast, so this is a 90-day picture rather than a 12-month one.
- By day 30: you know our provider funnel by channel and state, and you have told us which channel we are overinvesting in.
- By day 60: your first campaign is shipped and read, and the first community program is on the calendar with a date on it.
- By day 90: measurable movement on cost per qualified application, and something is live that we did not have before you got here.
- By 6 months: provider acquisition is predictable enough to forecast by metro, and provider referrals are a meaningful share of new supply.
Skills Required
- Owned end-to-end integrated acquisition campaigns and can name the metric you moved
- Strong, fast writing tailored to busy licensed providers
- Experience designing and running community programs, events, or referral programs
- Hands-on experience building marketing automation workflows
- Experience with HubSpot (direct experience is a plus)
- 4 to 7 years of marketing experience with clear campaign ownership
- Comfortable with data: reading funnels, segmenting lists, measuring program impact
- Able to run multiple workstreams and execute (not just strategy)

Coral Care Insights
What We Do
Coral Care is building the modern infrastructure for pediatric developmental therapy. Across the United States, families struggle to access high-quality speech, occupational, and physical therapy for their children. Long waitlists, confusing insurance processes, and limited provider availability make it difficult for families to get help when they need it most. At the same time, many therapists want to build independent practices but are held back by the complexity of running a business: insurance credentialing, billing, scheduling, and administrative work. Coral Care solves both problems. We provide the technology, operational infrastructure, and support that allow therapists to build thriving local practices while helping families quickly find and book high-quality care. Our clinicians deliver therapy in homes and communities, creating better outcomes for children and more sustainable careers for providers. Through our platform, families can search for care, verify insurance, and get matched with trusted therapists in their area. For providers, Coral Care handles insurance, scheduling, billing, and operational support so they can focus on what they do best: helping children grow. We’re building a new model for pediatric therapy—one that expands access for families and creates a better way for clinicians to practice.
Why Work With Us
Coral Care is building the infrastructure that pediatric therapy has always needed but never had. Our team is mission-driven, fast-moving, and deeply focused on solving real problems for families and clinicians. If you want to work on meaningful challenges and help build a category-defining company, you’ll thrive here.
