Onsite help desk technician providing first-line IT support: diagnose and resolve hardware, software, account and network issues, deploy and image computers, document procedures, use ticketing and remote tools, and train/end-user follow-up.

Coordinate property utility account transfers between owners and utility providers. Gather client and account manager information, schedule transfers, input account data into the Conservice database, educate clients about payment processes, and act as point of contact across multiple properties.

Perform daily quality control of resident billing across multiple systems, review documentation, approve or flag billing setups, provide detailed handback notes, track trends and root causes, and communicate errors and improvement opportunities to team members and leadership.

Coordinate offboarding of properties by working with utility providers to confirm final bills, schedule final reads, secure deposit returns, close accounts/products in the Conservice system, and serve as point of contact across multiple properties while meeting performance goals.

Partner with senior and executive leaders as a strategic HR business partner to design org structure, close talent gaps, advise on compensation and promotions, manage employee relations, lead change management and integrations, drive performance management and succession planning, and improve scalable HR processes across a growing company.

Investigate anomalies on client utility bills, research and resolve issues with providers, communicate via phone and email, and recommend process improvements to reduce billing errors and save client costs.

Audit vacant utility bills against rent roll data to identify recoverable charges, record tenants without utilities in their name, verify tenant bills to resolve disputes, and handle phone inquiries (15–20% of time).

Lead, mentor, and grow a software engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable microservice-based solutions. Manage Agile processes, collaborate with Product, enforce engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement in architecture, quality, and team performance. Participate in hiring, backlog planning, and drive measurable improvements in engineering execution.
