Owns enterprise virtualization, compute, storage, Windows and Linux systems, identity services, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery. Diagnoses complex infrastructure problems across hypervisor, operating system, storage, and network layers; develops PowerShell, PowerCLI, and Bash automation; improves resilience and observability; supports database infrastructure; and helps introduce container workloads. As an Authorizations Account Processor, you will manage utility vendor authorizations, process bills, and ensure client communication, aiming for daily billing resolutions.

Supports client representatives and internal teams by researching and resolving client data exceptions, opening and closing accounts, processing account number changes, and handling client and vendor requests. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, research, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and professional relationship-building skills.

Processes resident and client payments through checks, E-box, MoneyGram, lockbox, credit card, and EFT channels. Sends payments to the bank, applies them to ledgers, reconciles payment batches, prepares returned payments, and sorts physical mail for distribution. Requires accuracy, multitasking, communication skills, proficiency with office software and 10-key, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Gather and analyze utility bill usage data to assess building efficiency. Ensure data accuracy, obtain missing information from utility companies, submit timely property reports, document progress, and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders. Participate in related projects and help train new hires on systems, processes, and time management.

Manage Sustainability Solutions client accounts and relationships, supporting onboarding, implementation, account planning, reviews, project delivery, and client satisfaction. Lead internal and external calls, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor sustainability legislation and market needs, gather customer feedback, and advocate for product enhancements. Responsibilities also include contract and scope management, stakeholder communication, research, problem solving, and participation in product roadmap prioritization. Travel is required.

Create, maintain, and record login credentials for utility vendor websites; troubleshoot and update broken logins; enter and edit credentials in internal databases; communicate with vendors and make phone calls as needed.

Research and audit activations credit memos, prepare reports, communicate findings to Activations leadership, refine reporting processes, and perform related financial auditing tasks.

Manage utility invoice exceptions: research balance-forward issues and billing errors, request missing or corrected invoices, obtain extensions or expedited payments, maintain exception reports, and liaise with utility providers to avoid late fees and disconnections.

Lead technical delivery for bulk internet deployments (MDU and SFR), managing site surveys, vendor/ISP engineering coordination, hardware provisioning, risk logging in Salesforce, and ensuring on-time network turn-up and operational handoff.
