Lead and develop the Inside Sales and Customer Service team to manage quoting, order entry, order administration, and sales reporting. Serve as escalation point for customer inquiries, partner with sales and cross-functional teams, monitor bookings/backlog, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance and strong customer relationships to support revenue growth.

Perform program financial planning and analysis including forecasting, budget variance (ETC/EAC), cost validation, revenue recognition support, sales forecasting, audit support, presentations to senior management, and ad-hoc reporting for government contract programs.

Drafts, negotiates, and manages supplier contracts (MSAs, LTAs, NDAs, SOWs) to balance cost, risk, compliance, and operations. Partners with Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure flow-downs, export-control compliance, supplier performance, and contract governance while supporting process improvements and audits.

Manage complex government contracts, prepare and negotiate proposals, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with internal teams and government agencies.

Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines and Power BI semantic models to transform ERP and manufacturing data into actionable dashboards and automated analytics. Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, resolve data quality issues, support ERP modernization, and apply automation and AI tools to enhance operational decision-making.

The role involves supporting production by resolving technical issues, improving efficiency through lean initiatives, and providing training. It includes documentation, troubleshooting, and participation in audits and design reviews.

Selects, installs, upgrades, and maintains manufacturing equipment; manages capital projects; analyzes equipment availability and safety metrics; leads RCA/CAPA; implements condition monitoring and preventive maintenance; creates maintenance documentation and spare-parts plans; collaborates with process engineers to improve yield and throughput; supervises vendors and supports maintenance technicians.
