Lead and develop a large engineering and technical services team for the C-27J Program, ensuring delivery of engineering, airworthiness, safety, quality and compliance. Drive workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, resource management, risk governance, and continuous improvement across engineering, maintenance, supply chain and flight operations.

Lead systems engineering for NATO business area across the V-Model lifecycle: requirements, use cases, capability development, integration, lab/test planning, verification, and validation. Interface with customers and end users, manage technical baselines, plan and execute schedules, support milestone reviews (SRR/SFR/PDR/CDR/FCA), and lead teams delivering solutions for fielded aircraft and UAV systems.

Develop, deploy, test, and sustain enterprise web applications and utilities for Cost/Schedule and Financial teams. Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate technical concepts, work on cross-functional teams, and operate in classified and unclassified environments while maintaining required security clearances.

Serve as an on-site HR Business Partner supporting Production, Engineering Operations. Advise leaders on talent, performance, succession, employee relations, compensation, and HR strategy. Lead multiple HR projects, partner with COEs, and support workforce development, inclusion, and organizational change. Must support off-shift/weekend schedules and collaborate across dispersed leadership.

Support program managers and cost account managers with cost and schedule control using Earned Value Management. Prepare budgets, schedules, ETC/EAC, variance analysis, government CDRLs (IPMR), and visibility reports. Use Deltek Cobra, SAP/S4, OLAP, wInsight, and Microsoft Office to maintain baselines, analyze trends, and support monthly program reviews and financial reporting.

Write, edit, and revise technical publications (procedures, user/service manuals, specs). Gather subject knowledge from engineers, prepare illustrations, conduct quality reviews, and support product documentation and configuration management in a Product Support organization.

Perform Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities for C2BMC systems: analyze ACAS/SCC scans, review STIGs and RMF controls, manage POA&Ms and RARs, create/maintain eMASS/Xacta system packages, and coordinate with partners and auditors to evaluate vulnerabilities and authorize systems. Requires preparation of technical documentation and frequent stakeholder communication.

Perform program and subcontractor quality assurance for the GMD Weapon System: enforce processes and drawings, inspect hardware, lead root-cause investigations, manage non-conformances/MRB, apply AS9100/ISO9001 and MDA MAP requirements, support production oversight, and drive continuous improvement.

Perform program-level financial planning and analysis for the F-35 program: profitability/EAC analysis, monthly forecasting, variance/trend reporting, change control, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication using financial tools and reporting systems.

Perform strategic financial planning, reporting, and analysis (sales, margin, cash, awards). Support monthly/quarterly deliverables, AOP and long-range planning, EAC profitability and cashflow analysis, ad-hoc financial impact studies, and cross-functional collaboration to inform decisions and manage risk/opportunity.
