Provide high-level administrative and executive support: manage executive calendars and communications, process invoices and expense reports, maintain filing and supplies, prepare presentations and reports, take meeting minutes, support budgeting and project assignments, and represent the department on cross-functional teams.

Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement processes. Clean, aggregate, and analyze complex healthcare datasets to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Communicate findings to leadership, support process redesign, and collaborate with analytic teams to improve reporting and clinical operations.

Respond to consumer inquiries, schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility, document interactions in CRM/EHR, resolve issues, follow workflows and scripting, meet quality and productivity targets, and support department scheduling and resource utilization.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for a multispecialty practice: greet patients, answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, collect and post payments, verify insurance and obtain authorizations, manage medical record requests, and assist with daily closing procedures to support patient care and clinic operations.

Manages financing documentation and bond records for capital projects; coordinates due diligence with legal; maintains bond debt entries; prepares monthly and weekly rate reports; reconciles bank and trustee payment notices; ensures timely bond payments; supports Treasury staff and creates debt-related presentation slides.

Develop and maintain relationships with targeted physicians and practices to retain and grow referrals. Conduct face-to-face outreach, presentations, and fieldwork to match physician needs with hospital services.

Serve as an HR business partner driving change management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR program implementation. Coach leaders on performance, development, compliance, and talent acquisition while partnering with HR Shared Services to ensure policy adherence and operational alignment with facility goals.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyze trends and KPIs across revenue, costs, and capital; build financial models and ROI analyses; provide decision-support, presentations, and ad-hoc technical reporting; coordinate with stakeholders and ensure data quality.

Develop and maintain relationships with targeted physicians and practices to grow and retain referrals. Conduct face-to-face visits and presentations, coordinate team and service-line outreach, document interactions in CRM, implement issue resolution, analyze physician data to inform sales strategies, and support physician access to services. Travel within territory and perform other duties as assigned.
