Lead HR strategy and partner with executive leadership for non-acute business verticals. Drive employee engagement, change management, talent and workforce planning, compensation decisions, compliance, and organizational development. Coach leaders, oversee reorganization and retention strategies, benchmark policies, and implement HR programs aligned to business objectives.

Maintain and update provider compensation schedules and statements, submit bonuses and salary updates, model compensation changes, create journal entries, partner with payroll, contracting, recruitment and data teams, investigate data issues, and prepare management reports.

Maintain PAR levels and inventory for specialty supplies; build relationships with clinical and non-clinical customers; rotate stock, manage returns and recalls; participate in VAT and value analysis projects; coordinate product trials and supplier meetings; support performance improvement and keep supply areas organized.

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for service lines, manage budgets, oversee campus social media and provider directory, coordinate community events and provider onboarding/offboarding, represent the organization externally, collaborate with physician relations and communications leadership, manage staff performance, and handle crisis communications and HIPAA-compliant media requests.

Support consumer experience initiatives by analyzing data, creating training and communication materials, exporting dashboard reports, integrating enhancements, and coordinating cross-functional project updates for leadership.

Audits and documents financial transactions, prepares reconciliations, manages cash funding and wire requests, posts general ledger entries, analyzes financial data, supports leadership and cross-functional teams, and ensures compliance with accounting policies and US GAAP.

Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies; counsel executives and physicians; manage media relations and requests; create content for traditional media, social and video channels; coordinate media events and video shoots; support crisis communication and emergency preparedness; analyze communication outcomes; provide strategic leadership and 24-hour on-call support.

Serve as a local HR generalist facilitating employee experience services including onboarding, compliance, workforce planning, performance management, badge administration, events, and HR projects. Partner with managers on hiring, interviews, policy research, and regulatory matters while acting as a change agent and super user for HR systems.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyze KPIs and variances, build financial models and ROI analyses, create presentations for leadership, perform data quality checks, support ad-hoc reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to inform operational and financial decision-making.

Coordinate projects, manage information flow, maintain confidential records, prepare reports and statistics, plan events and conferences, handle logistics and vendor negotiations, support Executive Director calendars and expense reporting, and perform administrative tasks to ensure program deadlines and goals are met.
