Responsible for managing the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies for business development initiatives. This position oversees the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities to drive growth. Additionally, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development plans. In addition, this position analyzes market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, this role maintains relationships with key partners and stakeholders to support business objectives. This position contributes to the overall success of the organization by driving business growth and innovation.
Develops and implements effective marketing and business development plans.
Markets opportunities to potential candidates.
Creates and manages the annual marketing and business development budget.
Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures.
Leads the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of business development projects.
Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations.
Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions.
Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing and business development strategies.
Manages day-to-day functions and demonstrates independent judgment and creativity.
Builds strong relationships to advance departmental goals and vision.
Supports media activities, including interacting with media and facilitating requests.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:
