Lead systems analysis, design, integration, testing and support for business applications. Lead technical implementation and customization of SailPoint-based IAM platforms. Onboard applications, build JSON transforms and event-driven workflows, integrate via SCIM/REST/SOAP, configure virtual appliances, and design access governance (RBAC/ABAC, SoD, certifications) while collaborating with developers and stakeholders.

Counts and records cash from slot machines, table games, and non-gaming retail; sorts and records bill changers and drop bags; completes daily reports, performs minor equipment maintenance, follows policies, and acquires MS Gaming license.

Designs, implements, maintains, and secures local and wide area networks. Troubleshoots routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and telephony; leads incident postmortems; creates security and standardization policies; mentors junior staff and supports 24x7 on-call operations.

Handle escalations from offshore customer support and other departments, record contacts for reporting, resolve disputes per House Rules within SLAs, liaise with managers and stakeholders, analyze data/trends to improve service, support administrative tasks, ensure effective team communication and high contact quality, and work nights/holidays/weekends as required.
