- The Count Team Member counts monies from bill validators (slot machines), all Table Game boxes, and non-gaming retail areas.
- Sorts, counts and records contents of bill changers and 'blind drop' bags, according to set procedures.
- Responsible for daily reports, minor equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Ensures adherence to all departmental and company policies and procedures, all internal controls, and MS Gaming regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in count operations
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry 25 pounds
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned area.
- Must be able to stand for the majority of assigned shift.
- Must be able to acquire a MS Gaming license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
