Lead meeting and convention sales activities for assigned territories: solicit and close business, manage site inspections and client experiences, document activity in Salesforce, coordinate with Meeting Operations, plan and execute customer and industry events, negotiate contracts, and travel up to 50% to build relationships and secure group bookings.

Perform daily accounting tasks and reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and company policies; prepare monthly deliverables, research reconciling items, support reporting, identify process improvements, and collaborate with accounting staff and leadership.

Support the marketing team by coordinating events, contests, promotional materials, and guest relations. Assist with setup, prize administration, photo galleries, AV/digital media, and special projects while delivering excellent customer service.

Coordinate team-member engagement and recognition programs, manage communications and vendor scheduling, support performance and culture initiatives, and assist senior advisors on employee-facing events and projects to enhance team member experience.

Perform and assist planning/execution of BSA/Title 31 AML compliance audits across Caesars properties (Western Region focus). Evaluate AML program effectiveness and internal controls, assess regulatory compliance, document policies/procedures, interact with mid-management, and present audit findings. Requires travel (~25%) and gaming license eligibility.
