Provide first- and second-level IT support for property and customer-facing systems including servers, networks, telephony, AV, and gaming/hospitality hardware/software. Mentor junior analysts, build senior stakeholder relationships, deliver rigorous analyses and executive-ready presentations, design reporting (PowerBI/Tableau/Excel), develop analytics using SQL, R/Python/BigQuery, and implement process and tooling improvements.
