Collaborates cross-functionally, maintains financial documentation and controls, supports regulatory compliance, and may train junior staff.

Leads equipment finance technology modernization and platform enablement initiatives across origination, underwriting, servicing, asset management, customer experience, and operations. Defines product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and future-state capabilities; manages implementations, migrations, integrations, vendors, governance, reporting, risk, testing, and adoption. Serves as an equipment finance subject matter expert and partners with business, technology, architecture, operations, risk, finance, and external implementation teams.
