Position SummaryWe are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements, analysis, testing, and delivery of strategic digital initiatives. - Combined minimum of 8 years' combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics/systems development experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and software delivery methodologies.
- Experience with requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
- Experience supporting SIT and UAT testing.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Digital Banking or Financial Services.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Product Owner or Agile delivery experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise modernization initiatives.
