Leads strategic Technology initiatives and complex cross-functional projects, with primary responsibility for organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, project planning, risk management, communications, training, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics. Coordinates onboarding and workflow for brokers and dealers, maintains records, reviews pricing and agreements, supports credit decisions, manages documentation, and facilitates communications among Sales, Operations, Credit, Legal, Collections, vendors, and customers. Ensures compliance with risk controls, regulatory standards, audits, and internal procedures while assisting with contracts, payment issues, title perfection, rate cards, and end-of-term requests.

Supervises a 10–15-person customer account management unit, coordinating daily workflow, resolving complex account issues, coaching staff, enforcing policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining internal controls. Manages Global Capital Markets client relationships and transaction administration, including operational controls, risk and regulatory compliance, legal document review, cash flows, billing, reporting, issue resolution, and client service. Partners with sales, legal, risk, compliance, counsel, financial advisors, and service providers to structure and close transactions, retain and expand accounts, identify fee opportunities, and support departmental projects. May mentor associates and assist with product and process development.

Develop and maintain resilient ServiceNow applications within banking technology standards and the SDLC. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, coding, integrations, workflow automation, source control, deployments, pull request reviews, code reviews, architecture discussions, stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting, and compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Administer SCCM/MECM, Windows endpoint management, operating system deployment, software distribution, patching, compliance reporting, and enterprise device imaging. Support ATM imaging and platform initiatives, troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, perform root cause analysis, automate processes with PowerShell, and collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, service desk, and vendors. Maintain technical documentation and participate in endpoint technology projects, testing, implementation, and rollout activities.

Supports the development, testing, implementation, validation, and monitoring of statistical and machine learning models for BSA/AML risk in a regulated banking environment. Prepares and analyzes large datasets using Python and SAS, documents methodologies and monitoring frameworks, assists with audits and regulatory reviews, identifies model issues, and collaborates with EDD, FIU, Technology, and Model Risk Management stakeholders.

Underwrites and manages commercial credit transactions throughout the loan lifecycle. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, tax returns, collateral, cash flow, covenants, guarantors, industry trends, and risk factors; preparing financial models and risk ratings; monitoring portfolios for emerging risks; recommending loan structures and conditions; ensuring credit policy and regulatory compliance; and partnering with relationship managers on client-facing transactions and committee presentations.

Underwrite and manage commercial credit transactions and loan portfolios throughout the credit lifecycle. Analyze financial statements, tax returns, collateral, cash flow, industry data, and credit metrics; prepare financial models, risk ratings, covenant analyses, and credit recommendations. Monitor portfolios for emerging risks, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, support transaction structuring, present analyses to credit committees, and partner with relationship managers and clients. Provide guidance and training to junior analysts.
