Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts to drive adoption, scale, and value from an AI SaaS solution. Lead onboarding, success plans, QBRs, health checks, change management, and cross-functional advocacy to identify upsell, mitigate risk, and ensure retention. Track AI adoption and usage metrics and translate them into value stories for clients and internal stakeholders.

Manage full sales cycle for enterprise corporate accounts and law firms, prospect and generate pipeline, identify client needs, close new business, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets through consultative selling.

Serve as the strategic customer success lead for a portfolio of large law firms, driving adoption of LexisNexis research, drafting, analytics, and AI tools. Build trusted advisor relationships, create tailored success plans, use usage and health data to remove adoption barriers, support change management, and partner cross-functionally on renewals, expansions, and product feedback to realize measurable business outcomes and retention.
