About the Role

As Manager, Ecosystem Partnerships, you assist the Senior Director, Ecosystem Partnerships in leading the growth and execution of our Protégé partner ecosystem. Working cross-functionally across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams, you will ensure streamlined management of partner product and commercial operations that strengthens our platform and delivers value for customers, partners, and the business. The role reports up through Global M&A and Partnerships Strategy in the Global Strategy function at LexisNexis Legal and Professional.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Legal, and Marketing teams to launch integrations, joint initiatives, and co-marketing programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor partnership performance and key metrics to assess effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to partnership strategies based on performance insights.
  • Support the development and execution of ecosystem growth initiatives that generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate strategy, partnerships, business development, or product management, ideally within technology, B2B SaaS, or startup environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and balance long-term objectives with day-to-day priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience analyzing partnership performance and using data to inform decisions and recommendations.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $125,900 - $209,700. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
