Lead regional sales and product activities for actuator products: quote and negotiate business, manage ECRs, support pricing, align regional strategy with global product leads, coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct market studies, support customer visits, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Collaborate on quarterly and annual provision workpapers and documentation, perform preliminary international tax research, and help streamline tax data and reporting.

Lead post-sales implementations and onboarding for enterprise software, managing project plans, stakeholders, integrations, testing, training, go-live, and handoff to Customer Success. Coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, track progress, and improve implementation playbooks and tools to drive customer activation and early adoption.

Develop and maintain long- and short-range forecasts, master schedules, and procurement plans. Optimize inventory, safety stock, and lead times through MRP/BAAN/Excel tools. Coordinate new product introductions, manage MRP exceptions, resolve material shortages, and drive process improvements with Operations and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.

Support Program Engineers in troubleshooting fit, function, and appearance; analyze capability reports; assist prototyping, BOM maintenance, data entry to customer systems; perform inspections, create process flow diagrams, participate in 8D/problem-solving and improvement teams, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Support product engineering for automotive exterior systems: act as customer liaison, direct tooling/prototype builds, manage program costs, ensure manufacturability, coordinate launches and engineering changes, lead problem-solving, complete DFMEA and other AIAG Core Tools tasks, and provide engineering input for quotations and production launches.

Provide hands-on administration, support, and maintenance of plant and office IT systems in an automotive manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include network and server administration, virtualization, backups/DR, EDI and shop-floor integrations, troubleshooting, user support, documentation, project management, and ensuring security and uptime to minimize production downtime.

Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, audit supplier processes, resolve supplier-related issues with purchasing/engineering, evaluate supplier performance, and maintain supplier rating/reporting systems to meet automotive quality standards.
