Lead manufacturing automation initiatives from concept through implementation. Design, program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics, vision, motion control, and industrial network systems. Provides IT support for manufacturing execution systems, SQL databases, network infrastructure, high-availability environments, disaster recovery, communications devices, and front-office applications. Maintains Windows and Linux servers, VMware clusters, security controls, system procedures, and recovery plans. Troubleshoots equipment and information systems, supports audits, trains end users, and assists with process automation. Requires manufacturing-focused IT experience, systems administration skills, database knowledge, and flexibility for off-hour and weekend shifts.

Manages sourcing and purchasing for automotive tooling, equipment, and MRO supplies. Responsibilities include supplier development, RFQ preparation, commercial negotiations, pricing analysis, supplier metrics, purchase order correspondence, budget management, tooling standards, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates globally with teams in Europe and Asia and requires up to 50% travel.

Supports systems engineering projects for automotive powertrain and driveline technologies. Assists with mechanical, electrical, and controls design, industry research, prototype assembly, testing, and noise, vibration, and harshness analysis. Uses NVH instrumentation and software, helps improve testing methods, collaborates with engineering teams, and reports technical findings. This full-time spring-summer co-op provides hands-on laboratory experience and exposure to powertrain systems engineering.

Supports Account Managers with customer pricing, RFQs, forecasts, prototype order tracking, invoice follow-up, and sales administration. Maintains Baan contracts, customer pricing, purchase-order records, reporting, and documentation while coordinating with Accounts Receivable, Manufacturing, Logistics, Program Management, and customers. Resolves pricing and customer disputes, supports continuous improvement projects, audits pricing integrity, and assists with cross-functional project completion.

Lead Robotic Technician programs, installs, troubleshoots and commissions single and multi-robot cells (Fanuc/GM). Provides startup support, trains and leads other robot programmers, performs offline simulation and design reviews, configures IO/weld interfaces, ensures safety compliance, and supports continuous improvement on the shop floor.
