Design and govern solution and target architectures across IT and OT, focusing on IoT and hybrid infrastructures (on-premise, edge, cloud). Plan audits, analyze data using analytics tools, document findings in an Internal Audit Management system, report recommendations, and follow up on remediation. Identify control gaps and support process improvements in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Lead IT operations and plant support for Norplas, ensuring production-critical systems availability. Oversee virtualization, Windows/AD/SQL environments, networking, security/compliance (ITGC, SOX, TISAX), incident escalation, change management, and continuous improvement. Supervise upgrades, support MES/plant-floor systems, and enforce security and helpdesk KPIs.

Design, develop, analyze, simulate, commission, and test high-power traction inverters and related control components for electric/hybrid vehicles. Implement electrical and electromagnetic simulations, manage supplier technical interfaces, define specifications, apply ISO26262 safety methods up to ASIL D, and collaborate across systems, software, testing, and suppliers to improve technology, quality, and cost.

Lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise and develop associates, manage inventory accuracy using SAP/WMS, support production material flow, enforce safety and 5S standards, and drive continuous improvement to ensure timely shipping/receiving and production support.

Manage on-site IT operations for Highland Park and Brownstown plants, supervising Level 1/2 technicians and a Network Engineer. Ensure production-critical system availability (virtualization, Windows Server, AD, SQL, MES), lead incident escalation, change management, patching, backups, and compliance with ITGC/SOX/TISAX. Support audits, mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with enterprise infrastructure teams.
