Design and develop mounting kits and assemblies for valve automation. Create CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and installation instructions. Support field assessments, supplier decisions, manufacturing integration, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical solutions across global teams.

The Product Manager will lead the electric actuation product line, defining strategy and roadmap while collaborating with global teams to enhance revenue and market share.

Coordinate with customers, manufacturing, and field service to resolve technical issues, ensure timely delivery, and drive continuous improvement.

Define and govern global engineering item/BOM and document standards. Lead part classification, data structuring, cleansing, and PLM integration projects. Collaborate with global stakeholders, perform data analysis and quality audits, prepare reports, and drive adoption of engineering standards and libraries.

Design custom mechanical products to customer specifications, create and release technical documentation, develop and execute test plans, use CAD/CAE and engineering analysis tools to evaluate cost, reliability, and safety, and deliver market-ready solutions.

Provide technical and commercial support for valve automation customers: size and select control valves (valve, actuator, accessories), evaluate requests, prepare solution proposals and pricing, generate technical-commercial offers, accept and review orders, and coordinate with sales, development, and specialist teams. Up to 25% travel.
