Greet and engage Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership, deliver presentations, identify guest travel interests, meet sales goals, provide concierge-style recommendations, and participate in ongoing training. Must work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Support Compliance Supervisor by monitoring collection and loan servicing, auditing operations, handling complaints, coordinating audits, updating policies/procedures, analyzing KPI data, researching regulations, assisting training, and managing licensing applications and renewals.

Serve as the post-sale liaison for new timeshare owners: explain contracts, assist with deeding and reservations, perform follow-up to reduce cancellations, collaborate with Sales and Hospitality, and provide product support and technical assistance to owners.

Sell and confirm guest tours and POS packages, execute marketing initiatives, develop and motivate field teams, meet performance metrics, ensure guest eligibility for promotions, and provide Hilton-quality customer service.

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed monthly sales volume through training, mentorship, performance metrics, and adherence to procedures. Drive process improvements, coordinate hiring and advanced training, run motivational meetings, and support succession planning.

Assist sales management by leading and mentoring the sales line, driving targeted net sales, closing qualified timeshare sales, promoting Hilton Grand Vacations brand culture, and maintaining professional standards of integrity and customer service.
