Operate in a hybrid office environment, collaborating cross-functionally from planning through launch.

Lead cross-functional delivery for Tinder Events, owning roadmap, operating model, timelines, dependencies, risk mitigation, and executive communications for global multi-platform launches.

Lead social listening and reputation monitoring, manage corporate website and blog, and drive video/digital amplification for major campaigns. Support employer brand, monitor trust & safety and executive reputation, deliver analytics-driven recommendations tied to OKRs, and coordinate measurement and content across regional teams.

Partner with product, engineering, and legal teams to conduct and document privacy-by-design reviews (PbDs), DPIAs, and LIAs. Translate global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA) into practical guidance, build scalable privacy processes and templates, support audits, and help implement privacy governance across products (notably Hinge).

Lead Match brand strategy and execution for adults 45+, partner cross-functionally to create insight-driven briefs, steward integrated campaigns, align product and brand storytelling, measure brand health and business KPIs, and use analytics to improve acquisition efficiency and long-term growth.

Lead the creation and governance of a centralized knowledge management system for Trust & Safety: select and configure platforms, implement versioning and access controls, link policy to SOPs, build feedback and change-management processes, track success metrics, and improve knowledge discoverability through data.
