Lead aerostructures design for the X-BAT program, developing lightweight, manufacturable, survivable composite and metallic airframe structures. Oversee design standards, validation, structural analysis, flight-test support, root-cause investigations, and transition to production while building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead technical strategy and implementation of V-BAT fleet data analysis pipelines and tooling. Transform raw flight, simulation, and production data into metrics, dashboards, and reports; perform fleet-wide studies, anomaly investigations, and root-cause analysis; partner with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers on analysis best practices.

Customer-facing technical expert for Hivemind who translates mission needs into feasible solutions, supports demos, RFIs/RFPs, technical briefings, and capture activities, and feeds customer insights into product and engineering teams. Works cross-functionally with BD, Product, Engineering, and Program teams to design and demonstrate autonomy, simulation, and synthetic environment solutions for defense customers.

Support Oracle ERP implementation and broader Finance Transformation PMO through meeting coordination, schedule and RAID tracking, documentation management, stakeholder communications, onboarding, and SharePoint maintenance to ensure disciplined program execution and readiness for go-live and stabilization.

Customer-facing technical expert for Hivemind autonomy. Support discovery, demos, briefings, RFIs/RFPs, proposals, and integrations. Translate mission needs into feasible solution concepts, develop technical sales assets, represent customer requirements to product and engineering, and build trusted relationships with defense customers to enable autonomy adoption.

Lead and grow multidisciplinary electrical, root cause analysis, and avionics build/test teams. Own avionics reliability for the V-BAT platform, drive cross-functional failure investigations, implement corrective actions, improve manufacturability and system availability, and establish standards and metrics for technical quality.

Design, implement, and optimize secure network and infrastructure architectures; translate cybersecurity requirements into systems; enable ATO documentation; implement segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, zero-trust, STIGs; support threat detection, incident response, VoIP, cloud/hybrid networking, and troubleshooting for scalable, reliable systems.

Serve as the end-to-end Test Director for integrating, verifying, and flight testing Hivemind autonomy on small UAS. Own test readiness and execution, plan and run fly-fix-fly campaigns, set test strategy and success criteria, lead cross-functional teams, manage risk and safety-of-flight, define test infrastructure (SIL/HIL/simulation), approve procedures, document results, and report to leadership and customers.
