Support supply chain finance through reporting, forecasting, KPI tracking, variance analysis, complex modeling and data extraction (SQL/Hyperion/Tableau). Lead month-end close, partner with cross-functional leaders, identify risks/opportunities, and drive process improvements.

Serve as embedded safety engineering SME for new buildings, capital projects, equipment deployments, and modifications across the fulfillment network. Perform equipment build reviews, technical risk assessments, safety design reviews using ISO 12100/ANSI B11 and hierarchy-of-controls, maintain hazard logs, define FAT/SAT acceptance criteria, coordinate certification with vendors/NRTLs, and support incident investigations, policies, standards, and training.

Ensure payroll tax compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Register jurisdictions, maintain tax rates, audit employee tax setup, run quarter/ year-end processes, reconcile 941/W-3 totals, research and resolve tax inquiries, manage tax-related integrations and reporting, and support tax projects, testing, and training.
