Conduct high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for an entry-level fulfillment center workforce. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, tracking recruiting metrics, ensuring positive candidate and new-hire experiences, and improving recruitment processes. The role requires strong communication, organization, initiative, confidentiality, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Provides technical customer support to veterinary-location team members through live chat and ticketing systems. Troubleshoots issues, manages multiple tickets, triages and prioritizes bugs for engineering, analyzes support trends, collaborates with product and operations teams, investigates defects using LogRocket and developer tools, and conducts QA and UAT for new systems and processes.

Develop scalable web applications, data platforms, and distributed systems supporting fulfillment center operations. Build real-time data applications and integrate machine learning workflows using cloud services such as Amazon SageMaker. Supports vendor onboarding, product setup, assortment updates, promotions, reporting, and issue resolution for an eCommerce category. Serves as a vendor contact, coordinates cross-functional solutions, maintains documentation and trackers, manages escalations and SLAs, and identifies process improvements. Partners with merchandising, supply chain, finance, catalog, and legal teams while developing expertise in category operations and retail strategy.

Provides administrative support for the HR function, including onboarding, orientations, I-9 completion, attendance and payroll adjustments, employee file maintenance, screenings, registrations, policy documentation, communications, locker assignments, and HR events. Serves as a primary employee contact for HR matters and supports the HR business partner and local HR team. Requires flexibility for varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for Pharmacy Fulfillment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, pipeline development, reference checks, and campus recruiting. Partner with hiring managers, manage high-volume candidate flow, track recruiting metrics, ensure excellent candidate experience, and improve recruitment processes. Support HRIS and time-and-attendance system implementations while maintaining confidentiality and adapting to changing priorities.

Lead and coach hourly associates in receiving, storage, and shipping operations to meet productivity, labor, and quality targets. Maintain standards, train and orient staff, track attendance and performance metrics, investigate processes, drive improvements, and promote positive employee relations and safety in a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center.

Lead full-lifecycle executive searches (Director to VP), craft search strategies, engage and assess senior candidates, advise C-level stakeholders, leverage AI and market intelligence, mentor TA team members, manage negotiations and offers, and improve recruiting operations and candidate experience.
