Oversee deployment of BMS, DCIM, and EPMS controls systems across data center construction projects from design through commissioning. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, vendors, procurement, stakeholders, and project reporting. Support commissioning, conduct construction site visits, verify installation quality, and ensure compliance with design requirements and applicable electrical codes. Coordinate internal and external partners to deliver fully functional systems on time and within budget.

Coordinates data center development projects across permitting, utilities, due diligence, engineering, legal, tax, incentives, sales, and construction. Maintains schedules, risk registers, action logs, dashboards, documentation, and milestone reporting. Supports entitlement and permitting tracking, consultant deliverables, stakeholder communication, executive reviews, and early risk escalation. Requires coordination across internal teams, external consultants, jurisdictions, and contractors, with some travel for site visits and meetings.

Provides legal support for domestic and international corporate transactions, financings, acquisitions, joint ventures, governance, tax, regulatory, compliance, disclosure, and investor reporting. Advises business stakeholders on corporate risks and practical solutions, drafts and negotiates transaction documents, supports board processes, and collaborates across departments. The role requires managing multiple priorities independently while working with legal and business teams in a fast-paced global environment.
