Leads controls engineering for BMS, EPMS, and related infrastructure across global data centers. Develops standards, architectures, design criteria, sequences, narratives, and technical requirements; reviews engineering deliverables; supports customer requirements, construction, commissioning, integrated systems testing, and turnover. Supports endpoint engineering across Windows and macOS environments, including Microsoft Intune administration, device enrollment, application deployment, compliance monitoring, Autopilot provisioning, and troubleshooting. Performs Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID administrative tasks; supports technology rollouts and device lifecycle projects; maintains technical documentation and system records; analyzes recurring issues; and escalates complex architecture, policy, and design decisions to senior engineers.

Leads quarterly and annual financial statement preparation, disclosures, technical accounting analyses, audit coordination, emerging standards implementation, and internal financial reporting controls. Partners with accounting, finance, tax, legal, treasury, and external auditors while supporting management, board, lender, and ad hoc reporting needs.

Build and maintain scalable pipelines for EPMS and BMS telemetry data, including ingestion, transformation, validation, monitoring, and delivery. Develop data models and cloud-based integrations supporting analytics and AI solutions. Help implement LLM, RAG, and agent-based applications, troubleshoot telemetry quality issues, support customer onboarding, and collaborate with operations, controls, commissioning, analytics, and customer teams. Document systems and improve automation, reliability, and scalability.

The Director of Tax oversees corporate, partnership, federal, international, state, local, property, sales, and indirect tax compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing filings, managing REIT testing, tax provisions, audits, transfer pricing, tax estimates, SOX controls, tax research, acquisition due diligence, and tax planning. The role leads internal and external tax stakeholders, advises management on tax risks, supports regulatory interactions, and coordinates foreign tax filings and strategic tax minimization initiatives.
