Oversees management reporting, financial modeling, profitability analysis, investment evaluation, process improvement, data governance, automation, and scalable dashboard development. Partners with senior leadership and Accounting while managing and developing a high-performing finance team.

Manages strategic sourcing and procurement activities, including replenishment, RFQs, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, shipment tracking, invoice approvals, supplier evaluations, pricing analysis, inventory classification, and sourcing dashboards. Monitors steel market conditions, maintains supplier documentation, supports ERP transition and training, collaborates on specifications, and develops supply chain improvements. Occasional travel to mills and vendors is required.

Reviews orders, assesses creditworthiness, analyzes financial information, assigns credit limits, and maintains credit and collections records. The role validates sales tax exemptions, communicates credit holds, enforces payment terms, resolves disputes, supports collection actions, prepares bond claim and lien documentation, and produces accounts receivable risk reports. It also recommends actions to the credit manager and collaborates with sales and senior management while using ERP and Microsoft Office systems.
