Schedules and optimizes freight delivery routes, assigns drivers and vehicles, coordinates third-party carriers, negotiates freight rates, and monitors transportation performance. Develop and maintain production schedules using demand forecasts, inventory levels, capacity constraints, ERP systems, and MRP processes. Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, and logistics teams to support timely production and delivery. Monitor inventory, identify bottlenecks, create contingency plans, and apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and shorten lead times.

Manages receiving, warehousing, inventory, distribution, shipping compliance, facility maintenance, budgeting, staffing, training, and operational process improvements. Oversees warehouse employees through scheduling, coaching, hiring, performance management, and resource planning. Maintains inventory accuracy, monitors warehouse KPIs, enforces regulatory requirements, and ensures equipment and operations support customer and business objectives.
