Manage enterprise CRM and database marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, mobile, and automated channels. Develops marketing talent, manages cross-functional execution in a matrixed organization, and builds relationships with vendors, agencies, and creative partners.

Maintains and supports enterprise data communications networks, including Cisco and Aruba equipment, servers, RFID infrastructure, leased lines, and wireless systems. Installs, repairs, monitors, and troubleshoots network and server hardware; supports help desk operations; manages network change requests and project tracking; maintains technical documentation; coordinates vendors and equipment procurement; and provides after-hours, on-call, and on-site support.

Maintains procurement master data, including supplier, product, and service records. Supports purchasing catalogs, procurement applications, supplier creation, user troubleshooting, and training. Coordinates with suppliers and internal procurement users, monitors support requests, maintains procurement communications, and helps resolve unpaid invoices. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, Coupa, SIP, and PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems.

Creates print and digital graphics for corporate, resort, marketing, sales, hospitality, social, and PR initiatives. Responsibilities include branding, logo development, art direction, copywriting, presentations, mood boards, production coordination, proofing, client collaboration, and managing multiple creative projects. The role works with marketing teams, internal clients, vendors, account managers, and production designers to deliver accurate, strategic creative assets on time.

Leads Vail Resorts’ revenue accounting, revenue audit, vault management, and internal metrics reporting functions. Ensures accurate, timely GAAP-compliant reporting and SOX-compliant processes; oversees revenue recognition, controls, KPIs, and executive and board reporting. Drives process improvements, collaborates with finance and business stakeholders, identifies revenue issues, and develops the accounting team through coaching, mentoring, and accountability.

Manage Vail Resorts’ multichannel customer relationship marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, and mobile. Develop segmentation, content, landing pages, templates, testing, personalization, and campaign QA while supporting acquisition, retention, churn management, deliverability, and compliance. Analyze campaign performance and customer data to improve results, collaborate with creative and marketing stakeholders, and provide CRM expertise across resort, hospitality, retail, reservations, and corporate initiatives.

Manage enterprise data governance and data management for customer and transactional data. Define data models, taxonomies, standards, policies, quality metrics, and data dictionaries; establish stewardship practices; monitor privacy and compliance; assess and remediate data quality issues; support analytics, testing, and reporting; and coordinate between technology, marketing, and business teams to improve data integrity and marketing effectiveness.

Provides resort-wide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, POS systems, cameras, scanners, and related hardware and software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, documentation, asset tracking, user assistance, and policy compliance. The role supports indoor and outdoor resort operations, requires lifting equipment, and may assist other Tahoe Region resorts. Candidates need at least one year of IT experience, CompTIA A+ or MCP certification, strong communication skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in cold conditions.

Administers human resources policies and programs, ensures legal and reporting compliance, advises management on employee relations, supports staffing and benefits, manages performance and salary administration, conducts exit interviews, and facilitates orientations, training, and management development.
