Lead a team of 10-15 PLM analysts delivering PLM services. Manage ticket-based workflows to meet SLAs and quality targets, define and automate KPIs, map and improve processes, perform root-cause analysis, conduct data analytics and reporting, and coordinate with engineering, PLM, and supply chain stakeholders while resolving escalations.

Evaluate and audit analysts' work for compliance with client policies, complete QA audits, report daily error trends, identify policy gaps, calibrate with vendor and Google teams, and ensure documentation, escalation, and tracking to maintain contractual quality levels.

Performs routine administrative support and data entry tasks, processing new day and adjustment claims, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Enters material from source documents into a computer database, works under close supervision with limited judgment. Requires basic data entry skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.

Provide full-time administrative support to a Product Manager and 5-person product team: manage calendars, travel bookings (domestic and international, visas/passports), conference rooms, onboarding/offboarding logistics, office supplies, mass communications, meeting coordination (including a 200-attendee update), catering, and monthly safety metrics. Serve as primary communicator for the product group and handle day-to-day team requests.

Plan and coordinate packaging and logistics activities; collect and validate packaging data and enter large volumes into MEPS. Perform warehouse measurements, analyze resource needs, present reports, recruit and supervise staff, and produce Excel analyses and PowerPoint presentations. Work first shift in Morton, IL.

Perform functional and integration testing of programs supporting IRS tax processing in client/server and mainframe environments. Create test cases and data from documentation, execute tests, validate outputs against expected results, and report defects to developers. May require IRS-specific system knowledge and security eligibility.

Implement, maintain, and improve EnablOn-based EHS applications. Resolve integration errors, develop reports/queries, ensure security compliance, and work with SQL Server BI (SSAS/SSIS/SSRS).

Administer and support IBM DataStage projects and servers (multiple versions); manage DataStage engine and WAS, install applications and patches, perform Unix scripting, server restarts, maintenance, capacity planning, performance tuning, code migration and version control, and communicate with clients and offshore teams.
