Lead regional sales strategy and execution for the Western territory, own revenue and AOP targets, manage distributor relationships, coach reps, conduct field visits, drive product adoption and competitive strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to grow share-of-wallet and margins.

Manage quote execution and follow-up for assigned accounts, own house-account relationships, conduct outbound calling to generate incremental business, support field sales with quoting and coordination, and maintain accurate Salesforce/CRM records and commercial reporting.

Manage and execute customer quotes, own assigned account relationships, perform outbound sales outreach, and support field sales with quoting and CRM tracking to drive quote-to-win conversion and incremental volume.
