Finance Manager / Senior Manager - Operations & Supply Chain

Carlisle Architectural Metals (CAM) is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Senior Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to our Operations and Supply Chain organizations. This highly visible role supports a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment and plays a critical role in driving financial performance, operational efficiencies, and data-driven decision-making across the business.

Reporting to the Finance leader of the Business Unit, this leader will oversee core FP&A processes, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, reporting, and performance management, while partnering closely with plant, operations, and supply chain leaders to improve profitability, productivity, and working capital performance.

This role is ideal for an experienced manufacturing finance leader who enjoys influencing business decisions, driving accountability, leveraging analytics and technology, and developing talent. The position offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape CAM's finance transformation journey.

Position level (Manager or Senior Manager) will be determined based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.

This is more than a traditional FP&A role.

• Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Operations and Supply Chain
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable financial plans
• Monitor performance against key financial and operational metrics, identifying risks and opportunities
• Develop financial models and analyses supporting pricing, investment, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives

• Serve as the primary finance partner to operations, supply chain, and plant leadership teams
• Drive accountability to financial commitments and operational improvement targets
• Analyze key performance indicators including margin, labor productivity, working capital, inventory performance, revenue per employee, and cost-to-serve metrics
• Support and validate cost savings initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including achievement of annual COGS reduction targets
• Provide actionable insights that improve productivity, profitability, and operational effectiveness

• Lead development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reporting capabilities
• Leverage SAP, business intelligence tools, and emerging AI-enabled technologies to improve forecasting, analysis, and decision-making
• Enhance visibility into operational and financial performance through scalable reporting solutions
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to improve data integrity, reporting capabilities, and system integration

• Support business integrations and finance transformation initiatives across CAM
• Drive standardization of reporting, planning, and analytics across multiple business units and manufacturing locations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen decision support capabilities
• Serve as a steward of financial and operational data integrity across the organization

• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Coach and mentor team members while strengthening finance capabilities across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or Supply Chain Finance
• Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes
• Strong business partnership experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or supply chain organizations
• Experience leading and developing people or demonstrated leadership responsibilities
• SAP or equivalent ERP experience
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools, including Power BI or similar platforms
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence business decisions and build credibility with senior operational leaders

• Multi-site manufacturing experience
• Public company experience
• ERP implementation or transformation experience
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale business transformation efforts
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve financial analysis, reporting, or decision-making
• CPA, CMA, or CFA certification
