Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for thermoplastics categories. Develop and implement category sourcing plans, negotiate multi-year contracts, provide market insights, collaborate with engineering/R&D, drive cost savings and supply continuity, and manage supplier performance and risk.

Lead specification, design, installation, commissioning, and close-out of capital and maintenance electrical/control projects. Troubleshoot control and power systems, coordinate contractors and maintenance, support SAP work orders, and train plant personnel. Split time between office project work and hands-on production-floor commissioning and troubleshooting.

Lead product lifecycle for the cover board product line from concept through launch and ongoing improvement. Drive new product development, VOC research, multi-generational planning, budgeting, certifications, and sustainability initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, supply chain, sales, support), manage a Product Specialist, support international growth, and represent the product in industry associations.

Lead visual strategy and execute graphic and digital assets across multiple brands. Manage projects from concept to production, ensure brand consistency, translate technical information into clear visuals, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain asset libraries, and improve creative workflows to support marketing, sales, and product initiatives.

Manage customer order process from quoting through order entry (SAP/JDE), coordinate with shipping/purchasing/production, provide lead times, verify pricing, handle RMAs and customer issues, and build strong customer relationships to identify solutions.

Lead regional sales strategy and a sales team to achieve up to $80M in annual sales. Expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, support product launches, prepare forecasts and pricing, coach technical sales reps, analyze market and competitive data, grow strategic accounts, and represent the company in industry organizations. Heavy regional travel (~80%).

Drive revenue and margin growth across strategic accounts in the West Region by building relationships with architects, consultants, and contractors, influencing product specification, managing pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, delivering presentations and trainings, representing the company at events, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet regional targets.

Apply Lean Six Sigma and engineering methods to identify, scope, and manage process improvement projects, perform root cause and statistical analysis, facilitate Kaizen events, prepare capital justifications, track savings, and coordinate cross-functional teams to sustain manufacturing efficiency gains.
