Speak with guests after presentations to convert them into Vacation Club Owners by presenting benefits of a 10-year term product, building vacation plans, and meeting a 10% monthly closing target.

Engage on-site guests and owners to invite them to owners updates and sales presentations, assist with guest needs and check-in, handle paperwork and cash, maintain performance standards, and perform inbound/outbound calls.

Coordinate high-volume recruiting across multiple Florida locations: source candidates, conduct phone screens, build pipelines, schedule interviews, manage ATS records, support employer branding, represent the company at events, assist onboarding and reporting, and travel occasionally for recruiting initiatives.
