We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with a variety of tasks, including legal research, document preparation, case management, client communication and a background in real estate. This role requires strong analytical skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and precedents.

Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence.

Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, creating timelines, and coordinating witnesses.

File and maintain legal documents, both electronically and in physical records.

Manage case files and track deadlines to ensure compliance with court requirements.

Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel in a professional manner.

Review and summarize legal documents and transcripts.

Assist in the preparation and filing of court forms and documents.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Qualifications:

Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal setting

Real Estate background required

Understanding of deeds

Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.

Excellent research and writing skills.

Familiarity with Timeshare is a plus but not required
