Field sales role promoting Capital Vacations at events: set up and break down booths, engage potential customers using company scripts, generate leads and sell packages, meet production and sales goals, travel to assigned events (up to 1.5 hours), complete required training, and follow company policies.

Sell vacation ownership by guiding property tours, presenting financing options, closing sales, meeting targets, and following company policies. Provide excellent customer service and participate in paid training and ongoing development.

Partner with sales, legal, and executive leadership to reduce cancellations, improve customer experience, and manage budgets.

Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting: develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, coordinate hiring with stakeholders, maintain ATS compliance, and coach a team of recruiters while staying current on talent acquisition best practices.
