Lead and run an enterprise Transformation Management Office to align, prioritize, govern, and execute cross-functional HR and workforce transformations. Build portfolios, integrated roadmaps, governance forums, executive decision support, AI-enabled ways of working, adoption and change management, and value realization tracking. Partner with senior leaders and external vendors while building a high-performing TMO team.

Lead cross-functional planning and large-scale activations for Gatherings at Walt Disney World. Manage project and systems teams, drive yield and space optimization, develop strategy, integrate initiatives across business units, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leaders while overseeing multiple concurrent projects through implementation.
