Perform dealership accounting tasks including submission of service and warranty contracts, vehicle purchase and trade recording, lien payoffs, cash receipts, vendor invoice processing, regional check runs, FTC reconciliation, manufacturer monies accounting, intercompany postings, and other assigned accounting duties.

Greet customers, present vehicles and conduct test drives. Prospect and develop new business, record leads and appointments in CRM, assist through write-up and delivery, maintain product knowledge and lot appearance, obtain required state licensing, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails; record and manage leads in the dealership lead management system; contact assigned leads; convert leads to appointments or pass to sales consultants.

Sell new and pre-owned Nissan vehicles by advising customers, matching vehicles to needs and budget, following up before and after sale, building relationships, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced dealership environment. Receive training and use digital sales tools to meet performance-based commission goals.
