Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across the Virginia region: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, build talent pipelines and early-career programs, represent the company at events, coach managers on interviewing, and ensure a positive candidate experience through onboarding.

Sell new and used Honda vehicles by presenting models, features, financing and service options; follow up with prospects and past customers; track leads in dealership management systems; attend product training; meet individual sales and gross profit targets.
