You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an on-site office environment. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday 8:00AM- 5:00PM.
Location: 2020 Crestview Dr Hudson, WI 54016
Compensation Range: The full salary range for this position is $35,000-55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $19.00-23.00, based on factors such as experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
What You'll Do
- General ledger Posting of New & Used Car Deals
- Schedule reviews and maintenance
- Account Coding & Processing vendor invoice
- Accounting for manufacturer monies
- RDR & Rebate Reconciliations
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years Auto industry experience (preferred)
- 2+ years prior accounting experience or Accounting Degree
- Customer service orientation and team collaboration
- Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)
- Build relationships with other teams
