Manage appraisal, acquisition, reconditioning, merchandising and pricing of used vehicle inventory. Build and train the sales team, ensure customer engagement and financing, meet sales goals, maintain lot presentation and CSI, and oversee trade valuations and vehicle reconditioning.

Manage used vehicle intake, reconditioning estimates, quality control, and recall checks. Coordinate with Sales, Service, Marketing, and vendors to meet 72-hour turnaround, ensure safety and pricing accuracy, track vehicle status, and report productivity and quality metrics.

Greet customers, schedule and coordinate express maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections), communicate recommendations and costs, document service orders, liaise with technicians, and promote maintenance programs to ensure timely, high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Assist customers through vehicle shopping and purchasing, follow up via phone and email, maintain product knowledge, provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals, participate in development activities, and meet performance-driven sales and commission targets.

Greet customers, identify vehicle needs, present new and pre-owned models, conduct walkarounds and test drives, manage sales process and paperwork, follow up on leads, and build long-term customer relationships.

Sell vehicles by consulting with customers, presenting features, finance options, and store policies; follow up with prospects and maintain relationships; track customers in dealership CRM; stay current on products and attend training.
