Lead strategy and execution for all contributed income streams, manage major gift portfolios and capital campaign efforts, oversee corporate and event fundraising, coach development staff, maintain CRM and reporting, partner with leadership and board to expand donor engagement, and represent the organization at events to meet contributed revenue goals.

Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, tablets, and iOS devices; manage user accounts, device provisioning, Intune enrollment/Autopilot, and Azure AD/Microsoft 365 administration; maintain inventory and licensing; support A/V, printers, and VoIP; perform on-site and remote support (~15% travel); and complete required background, motor vehicle, and credit checks.

Manage fundraising CRM and data integrity, process and reconcile gifts, build event systems and registration pages, produce reports and stewardship communications, support fundraising campaigns and donor relations, and provide CRM training and operational support to the Fund Development team.

Manage and administer the organization's LMS and Volunteer Toolkit (VTK), provide technical support and training to volunteers and staff, maintain training equipment and classrooms, track training completion and generate reports, create documentation and knowledge articles, and propose process improvements.

Provide administrative and operational support for membership recruitment: manage CRM and data systems, coordinate logistics for events and meetings, track budgets and expenses, maintain recruitment materials inventory, follow up with stakeholders, ensure confidentiality, and support post-meeting action items.

The Camp Program Facilitator delivers educational outdoor programs, ensuring high-quality experiences and collaborating with the camp team. Key duties include leading programs, providing customer service, and maintaining activity areas. Special training opportunities are available.
