JOB SUMMARY
The Membership Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Recruitment Team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and logistical support for key recruitment initiatives and priorities.
- Maintain and manage data within Salesforce, Looker, JotForm, Simple Texting and other Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta systems.
- Assist with budget forecasting, expense tracking, and preparation of variance reports.
- Maintain adequate inventory of recruitment materials and anticipate future needs.
- Conduct timely and professional follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Protect the confidentiality of information related to staff, volunteers, and members.
- Support post-meeting action items and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks.
- Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for meetings, recruitment events, training conferences, and special projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of the Membership department.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.

- Experience with budget management or financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Girl Scout programs, structure, and membership processes.
- Ability to adapt to organizational change and shift priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to serve as a positive role model for members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Knowledge of standard office management practices and procedures.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as needed.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Work is primarily performed in an office setting with occasional travel to events or meetings.
- Must be able to sit or stand for moderate periods and lift or carry objects up to 30 pounds.
- Must successfully complete a motor vehicle, criminal, and national sex offender background check.
