Lead and manage advanced technical and procedural documentation for the SOCOM Information Environment. Produce and authorize SOPs, work instructions, templates, and manuals; develop style guides and documentation standards; coordinate with SMEs, engineering teams, and leadership; mentor junior writers and ensure documents remain accurate, standardized, and delivered on schedule.

Create, edit, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, templates, and technical reports for the SOCOM Information Environment. Elicit details from SMEs and engineers, design layouts and diagrams, manage document revision lifecycles, and ensure materials meet federal plain-language, security, and organizational formatting standards.

Lead strategic coordination, execution, and oversight of government contract requirements. Monitor contract status, manage administrative duties, track deliverables and quality, produce monthly assessments for leadership, advise government stakeholders, and guide team members on contract administration and assurance.

Support J6 PMO by planning, analyzing, and evaluating government contracts; monitor compliance, SLAs, and performance metrics; produce status updates, dashboards, and executive reports; identify risks and variances; collaborate with government program managers, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful program execution.

Lead and manage IT capability projects for the SOCOM Information Environment, coordinating planning, execution, risk mitigation, documentation, and transition to operations while liaising with deployment forces, technical teams, and government leadership.

Support federal budget lifecycle activities including formulation, execution, and justification. Perform invoice reconciliation, budget forecasting, variance analysis, and procurement tracking. Maintain financial models, ledger reconciliations, and reporting aligned with federal accounting standards. Provide program managers with data-driven insights and ensure compliance with contract terms and federal regulations.
