Lead and supervise Application, Data, and Database Analysts to develop, implement, and maintain the statewide JUSTICE case management system. Manage IT projects, budgets, contracts, policies, training, system performance, database and server administration, and coordinate with other state/federal agencies on technical and security matters.

Perform daily pre- and post-audit entries, monthly reconciliations, federal financial report preparation, month-end close work, cash flow monitoring, financial reporting, special projects, and provide backup support for finance teams.

Support project development for highway and bridge construction: review existing roadway data, scope projects, develop cost estimates, document alternatives, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, perform site visits, manage multiple project files and statuses, assist Project Scoping Engineer, and prepare technical reports and survey requests.
