Manage procurement and contracts for IT hardware, software, and services. Evaluate requests and quotes, negotiate with vendors, prepare purchase orders and contract documents, ensure compliance with state purchasing regulations, and manage post-award contract performance and payments.

Manage and secure enterprise data systems, govern statewide Power BI and AI readiness, maintain ETL/data integration, ensure data quality and compliance, support cloud migration, provide reporting and user support, and collaborate across agencies to enable data-driven decision-making.

Provide clerical support for Medicaid, Long-Term Care, and Economic Assistance: process applications and referrals, maintain and update case records in state systems, compile and check documents, ensure accuracy, and assist supervisors with administrative tasks. Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

Provide legal counsel on privacy and HIPAA compliance, lead privacy investigations, review contracts and data-sharing agreements, draft policies and regulations, conduct risk assessments and training, and advise internal stakeholders on data governance and IT-related legal issues.

Independently investigate complaints of unlawful discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodations. Conduct interviews, gather evidence, draft charges and written case reports, maintain case records, provide technical assistance to the public, and meet case production and timeliness goals. May require driving to offices or on-site visits.

Review, verify, and update fingerprint-based criminal history records in the Patrol Criminal History (PCH) database for accuracy and dissemination. Process criminal and non-criminal records, perform background checks, handle teletype record checks, communicate with law enforcement and the public, and maintain database integrity per state statute and CJIS requirements.
